Admission Requirements
To enroll your child, please submit the following documents (both original and copies):
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Card
- Parent/Guardian Identification
- Passport-size photograph of the child
In addition, the following forms are required:
- Registration Form.pdf – must be completed by the parent/guardian.
- Medical Form.pdf – must be completed and signed by a licensed doctor.
Both forms must be submitted at the time of enrollment.
Child Plus Prep
Opening hours:We are open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please note that a late fee of $500 per hour or part thereof applies for children picked up after 6:30 pm. Overtime goes up until 8:30 pm. Except on Fridays, we close at 6:30 pm. No exceptions.
- A cooked meal is provided daily for each child.
- No jewelry should be worn by children to the centre.
- Parents are required to inform the centre if for any reason their children will be absent from the centre.
Parents are required to supply:
- At least 3 snacks daily (which should include a fruit (s)),
- 1 change of clothing for school children
Supplies for daycare​
Parents are responsible to provide the following for their children.
- Three extra change of clothes (if the child is being toilet trained, then the clothes should be such that the child can easily remove them. This would exclude jumpers and overalls)
- Five disposable diapers per day, panties or briefs
- Wipes, powder, diaper rash ointment, rag soap and towel
- Sterilized bottles and nipples (where applicable)
- Baby food (breast milk of infant formula)
- All snacks (chips, fruits, juices, water, milk etc)
- 2 Plastic bags (one for wet clothes and one for soiled clothes)

Children are accepted from the age of 2 months to 12 years.
There is a non-refundable registration fee of $1500.00 for admission.
Please note all fees are due at the beginning of the term, month or week. Daily fee are due at drop off.

Our food-service team follows our approach to balanced nutrition, quality ingredients and wholesome, home-cooked meals that children can enjoy.
Absences
Parents should inform the centre as soon as possible if the child will be absent due to illness, vacation, early departures or late arrivals to the centre. Reimbursements or credit will NOT be given in the event of a child’s absence.
Illness
Under no circumstances should parents bring a sick child to the centre. A sick child should be allowed to recover fully after an illness so that other children in the group do not risk exposure. children who are ill may expose other children to the spread of their illness and other parents will be unnecessarily inconvenienced. we are aware that it will not be possible to avoid the spread of all infectious illness, however, minimizing exposure and providing good hygienic procedures in the centre are the only means by which we can limit the problem.
Below is a list of our policies on illness, which will be strictly enforced for the benefit of all our parents and staff. Please cooperate with us on this important issue.
- Children who are exhibiting any symptoms of illness within the preceding 24 hour period are likely t be contagious and should remain at home. Example of associated symptoms include, but are not limited to fever of 99 F measured orally or 100 F measured through the rectum.
- Excessive diarrhea for 2 consecutive diapers or toileting
- Vomiting in excess of typical infant spit ups
- Conjuctivitis (Pink Eye)
- Persistent complaints of ear or stomach pain
- Ring worm
- Excessive greenish nasal discharge, indicating possible infection
- Head lice
- Continuous coughing
- Draining eyes
- The centre reserves the right to determine whether a child should remain in the centre when illness is a consideration.
- Parents of children who become ill during the day will be notified. Parents are to make arrangements to pick up or have their children picked up immediately. If the parent cannot be reached, the designated person on the Emergency contact will be notified.
- Children with acute non infectious illness may only be brought to the centre if the fever is not present and the are able to participate in activities.
